why I'm running this live

you have ideas.
you still don't have
a business.

I get a version of this message all the time: someone with an idea that's been sitting in their Notes app for 8 months, sometimes 3 years, next to a folder of screenshots and a Google Doc they started back in March and never opened again, and none of it is a business yet, not because the idea is bad, but because nobody's waiting on a deadline for it.

You've said "next year" before. Last year too, maybe the year before that. Almost everybody says it more than once.

The courses got bought. Half of them got watched. And you've never once put a real price on anything and asked an actual person to hand you money for it, which is the actual problem here, not your idea.

A start date, someone to answer to, and one step to take today. That's it.

"I don't know what to sell."

Good, that's exactly what week 1 is for. You start from a problem you've already seen, not some passion-hunt exercise, and by Tuesday you've got a lane and one line: I help this person get this result.

"I have no followers."

None needed for the service lane. The product lane wants 10 people, not 10,000. Krista got a lead 2 hours after her very first post on a brand new page, and I mean her very first one.

"I have no money to start."

Nothing here costs money up front. Every tool I teach has a free tier or only takes a cut once you've been paid. A phone and a laptop is the entire setup, honestly.

"I can't code."

Then don't. There's no code and no website, just one page that explains your offer and one checkout link you'll set up in about 20 minutes (I build mine live on call 2 so you can copy exactly what I do).

"I never finish courses."

Neither does almost anyone else, which is why this one comes with weekday unlocks, a Wednesday call, homework you post where people can see it, and a Friday deadline. Show up for 18 weekdays and you're done.

"Is this AI slop?"

No. I built this from what I did: 0 to 90K followers in 90 days, $500K+ from one offer, $100K in my first 27 days online. AI wrote the prompt packs so you're not staring at a blank page. That's the only part it touched.

four weeks from now

picture wednesday, dec 30.

Wednesday, Dec 30, 2026 · graduation call

It is the last call. You open your notes and read your offer out loud in one line. It takes four seconds to say and a stranger understands it. Four weeks ago you could not finish that sentence.

The checkout link goes in the chat, and it works. A friend tested it earlier that day. Underneath sits a short list of names: who you talked to, what they said, who's still thinking about it. You asked, out loud, for money, and January is already written down.

  • One offer, written in one line, that people understand
  • A real checkout link that works and takes real money
  • A list of actual people you talked to about it
  • At least one real ask made, on purpose, to an actual person
  • A January plan written on Dec 29, not a resolution
  • Four call recordings, 19 prompt packs, and scripts you reuse for months

I know that sounds small. It isn't, not when you're the one who finally did it, on Nov 30, not "next year."

What four more weeks of "later" costs

Four more weeks with an idea nobody's paid for. Eighteen more weekdays of reading about business instead of building one, and one more holiday season watching people sell small, simple things you could've knocked out in an afternoon. Then on Jan 4 you're in the exact same spot, saying "this year" again like always. The regular price is $297. Check the current offer before you join. The price of waiting keeps going up every single day.

why I think I can teach you this

learn how I did it,
week by week.

  • Week 1, pickLearn how I picked one buyer and named one problem, the same way I turned one offer into $500K+.
  • Week 2, buildLearn how I set up a checkout link and priced my first offers, before I had any real following at all.
  • Week 3, sellLearn the exact ask that made me $100K in my first 27 days online, with zero business experience.
  • Week 4, keep it goingLearn how I keep asking, the same habit behind the 20K new followers my page picked up in the last 30 days alone.

I still run my own offers every single day, on a page that now sits at 277K followers. I'm not promising you my numbers, your results depend on your offer and your effort, but I'm teaching you the steps I actually used, not something I read in somebody else's newsletter.

which one is you?

six kinds of people
join this. find yours.

Every one of these runs the same four weeks. Which card is yours just tells you which week does the heavy lifting.

weeks 1 + 3

The one with a skill and no clients

"I'm good at what I do. I have never had one paying client."

Week 1 puts you in the service lane, names one buyer, and gets your offer into 10 real conversations by Friday. Week 3 hands you the warm 20, the three-message DM, and the ask itself, in words that do not feel gross to send.

Krista got a lead 2 hours after her very first post.
weeks 1 + 2

The one with followers and nothing to sell

"People like my posts. I have never had one single thing they could buy."

Week 1 turns the thing your people keep asking you about into one offer line. Week 2 builds the small $27-style version of it and a checkout link that takes money, by Friday.

weeks 1 + 2

The total beginner at zero

"Zero idea, no followers, no clue where to start. I feel behind."

Week 1 gives you the lane picker and the 10-people test, so you are not guessing. Week 2 gets a real thing built and a real link live, which is further than most people get in a year.

movementandmilk landed a brand collab with under 100 followers.
all 4 weeks

The one who bought courses and never launched

"I have the folders. I got to module 3. Then life happened."

This is the one with a start date attached, a Friday deadline whether you're ready or not, and homework posted where people can see it. Fall behind in week 2? Lifetime access means you pick back up, instead of giving up entirely.

Phoebe made her first sale in 5 days on a brand-new account.
weeks 2 + 3

The camera-shy one

"I would rather do anything than talk to my phone about myself."

Every step works faceless, including the selling. Week 2 builds a product page with no face on it. Week 3 sells in DMs, posts, and notes, so your voice does the work and your camera stays off.

weeks 1 + 4

The October or November grad

"I built the audience. I built the systems. I still have nothing to sell."

Week 1 points the audience you built at one buyer and one problem. Week 4 gives you the second ask, the tiny CRM, and a January plan, so December is where it finally turns into money.

Nov 30 - Dec 4 · live call Wed Dec 2

Pick

One buyer, one problem, one offer written in one line, and 10 actual people told about it by Friday.

What you learn
  • Every online business is one of a few shapes. The buyer comes first, the product second.
  • Start from a problem you have already seen instead of hunting for a passion
  • The two lanes: service (fastest to cash, needs no audience) or a small $27-style product (needs 10 people and a repeatable how-to)
  • The 10-people test: ask, do not pitch, and read the signs of life
  • What you do not need: money, followers, code, or an LLC on day one
Your week
MonLesson: the buyer path comes first. Step: write your line, "I help this person get this result", and post it in the community.
TueLesson: pick your lane, service or product. Step: pick one, name your offer in a line, guess a price. Post it.

Build

A real offer somebody can buy, a price you can say out loud, one page that explains it, and a checkout link that works.

What you learn
  • The ugly v1: a product you can build in one sitting, or a service you can deliver in under 10 hours
  • The 5 product types that work at $27: template, swipe file or prompt pack, mini course, PDF playbook, custom GPT
  • Pricing with no comps: $27 for products, a flat package price for services. Beta price now, raise it later.
  • Checkout in 20 minutes with Gumroad or a Stripe payment link, and delivery that tells people how to open the file
  • The boring legal basics said plainly: sole proprietor to start, LLC later, one account for the money, save some for taxes
Your week
MonLesson: build the ugly v1. Step: outline the product, or write the service scope, with the builder prompt. Post the outline.
TueLesson: price it and write it on one page. Step: set the price, write the one-page offer. Post it.
WedLive call 2: offer page and price reviews. Liz sets up a checkout link live on screen. Step: fix yours from the feedback.
ThuLesson: checkout, delivery, and the legal basics. Step: create your link, test it with a friend, then delete the test.

Sell

Your first real sale attempt, out loud, to actual people, by Friday.

What you learn
  • Why people buy from someone they just met: a problem they feel, a person who gets it, a small clear next step
  • The simple sales path: post about the problem, then a Story or a note with the link, then the DM, then the offer
  • The warm 20, and the three-message DM that does not read like a pitch
  • The objections you will hear, and how to answer them without pushing
  • The ask: how to post your offer and send your link without cringing
Your week
MonLesson: the simple sales path. Step: write 3 problem posts with the Problem Post Pack, post one today.
TueLesson: the warm 20 and the three-message DM. Step: send 10 DMs with the scripts. Post "10 sent".
WedLive call 3: live DM and pitch reviews, objection role-play. Step: change one thing.
ThuLesson: the ask. Step: post the offer, put the link in a Story or a note, follow up with everyone who replied.

Keep it going

Follow up, ask again, and walk into January with a business that already has a checkout link and a plan.

What you learn
  • What to do after a yes: deliver, ask one question, ask for a line of praise
  • What to do after a no: follow up once, then move on without taking it personally
  • The second ask: same offer, new 10 people
  • The tiny CRM: name, where they came from, what they said, next step
  • The January plan: repeat what worked, line up the next 10 people, name the next offer on the ladder
Your week
MonLesson: after yes, after no, and the second ask. Step: send your follow-ups and make 5 more asks. Post the count.
TueLesson: your first 30 days of 2027. Step: fill the tiny CRM and write your January plan with the builder. Post it.

Self-paced courses die in a browser tab, always the same way: bought with excitement, opened twice, then buried under seventeen more open tabs. This one has a start date attached, a coach checking in every Wednesday, and a crowd of other people watching whether you did the homework.

01

Weekday unlocks

One lesson and one step, Monday to Friday, and most days that's about 30 minutes total. No bingeing the whole thing in one weekend, and no falling three weeks behind either.

02

Wednesday live call

I coach live every Wednesday: offer teardowns, hot seats, questions answered. It's recorded, so send yours ahead of time if Wednesdays don't work for you.

03

Homework in public

You post every step in the Skool community. Skool gives you points and a leaderboard for it. People really do see what you post, which is exactly why it works.

04

Friday milestone

Every week ends with one thing shipped: an offer line, a checkout link, a real ask, a January plan.

05

DM me

Stuck on what to sell or what to charge? DM me. I mean it, I'm in that community for all 4 weeks.

06

Lifetime access

Life happens, and it's December on top of it. You keep the classroom and every call recording forever, so a rough week means picking back up, not starting over.

Week 1 decides more than people think. Show up and send those 10 messages, and the rest of the four weeks gets a lot easier from there.

one more thing before you join

who this is (and isn't) for.

this is for you if

  • You want to start something of your own and make a first sale, not read about it for another year
  • Whether you're at zero, have a skill nobody's paying for yet, or have followers you've never sold a single thing to
  • You're fine selling a service, or building one small digital thing, whichever the week 1 test points you toward
  • About 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday, for 4 weeks, is something you can give this, honestly
  • You'll post the homework and message actual people with real questions, awkward or not

this is not for you if

  • You want a business that runs itself before you've made a single sale
  • Messaging 10 people in week 1 sounds like a hard no for you
  • You want a refund policy. There isn't one here.
  • You'd rather keep polishing the perfect idea than sell an imperfect one

These are public stories about other people, not my students. I didn't coach a single one of them. What they made depends on what they did and how often, not on anything I taught them.

Half the people who try this make under $15,000 a year at it. I looked that up on purpose, because I'd rather tell you the floor before I show you the ceiling. Some people still started with nothing and made real money anyway, and I think you should see their numbers, not just mine.

questions

before you join.

I have no idea what to sell. Can I still join?

Yes. Week 1 is built exactly for that. You start from a problem you've already lived through or seen up close, not a passion you have to go hunt down, then pick a lane and write one line. By Thursday you're asking 10 actual people about it, so you find out fast whether it holds up at all.

I have zero followers. Will this work?

Yes. The service lane needs no audience at all, because you're selling to people you already talk to, not people who happen to follow you. The product lane needs 10 interested people, not 10,000, and Krista got a lead 2 hours after her very first post on a brand new page.

Do I need money to start?

No. Every tool in this plan has a free tier, or it only takes a cut once you've been paid. Gumroad costs nothing monthly and just takes its fee per sale. Honestly, your phone and a laptop are the entire setup.

Do I need to code or build a website?

No code. No website. You write one page that explains your offer and set up one checkout link, and I build one live on call 2 so you can watch the whole thing happen, start to finish.

Do I need an LLC or a business license first?

In most places you can make a first sale as a sole proprietor and set up an LLC later if the thing works. Week 2 covers the basics plainly: report your income, save a share for taxes, keep the money in one place. Rules differ by state and country, so check yours (not legal or tax advice).

Which is better, a service or a product?

Depends on you, honestly, and the lane picker in week 1 settles it with one short filter. Services get you to a first sale fastest and need no audience at all. Products scale better later, but they want 10 people who already ask you how you do the thing.

Is this live or self-paced?

Both. One lesson and one step unlock each weekday inside the Skool classroom, and then I run a live call every Wednesday for reviews, hot seats, and questions.

What if I fall behind?

You keep lifetime access to every lesson and every call recording, so nothing expires on you. Catch up whenever you can. Just don't skip the 10 messages in week 1, because that's the week that decides whether you finish the other three.

What is the weekly time commitment?

About 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday, for the lesson and the step, plus the Wednesday call (you can always watch it on the recording later). Christmas week itself, Dec 21 to 25, is a full week off, no lessons and no call, and week 4 is just Monday through Wednesday, Dec 28 to 30.

Is there real coaching?

Real coaching, four live calls with me, with offer teardowns, price reviews, DM reviews, and Q&A. Every call is recorded and you can send questions ahead of time, and you can DM me for all four weeks too.

Do I have to show my face?

No. Every part of this works faceless, including the selling part. The DMs, the one-page offer, the checkout link, and the problem posts need exactly zero on-camera anything.

What if I do not make a sale?

The milestone is a real ask, because that's the part you control. Plenty of first sales land in the follow-up week after the ask anyway, which is exactly what week 4 is built for. Either way, you keep the offer, the checkout link, and the lessons for good, so the asking doesn't stop on Dec 30.

What about taxes and the legal stuff?

Week 2 covers the basics plainly: report what you earn, save a share of every sale, and pick a checkout tool that handles sales tax for you if you're selling digital goods. Rules differ by state and country. Not legal or tax advice, just the boring stuff nobody explains.

What is included?

The 4-week classroom, 18 weekday lessons, lifetime access. Four live calls with me, recorded. The AI Prompt Vault, 19 packs total. The Skool community with DM access to me. Plus three bonuses: the $100K in 27 Days playbook, the Instagram Edge Conversion module, and the One-Person Empire prompt pack.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds. All sales are final, full stop. What you get instead is four live calls with me, DM access for all four weeks, and lifetime access to every lesson, so you're never doing the work alone.

Will there be another cohort?

Not decided yet. You keep lifetime access to this round's lessons and recordings either way, so if you're on the fence, this is the round to join.

How is this different from a "start a business" course?

A course hands you a folder of videos and wishes you luck. This has a start date, a coach on a call every single Wednesday, a crowd doing it alongside you, and a real checkout link live by day 10. The finish line is an ask made to an actual person, not a finished module list.

I did the October or November challenge. Is this the same thing?

No. October built the audience. November built the systems. This one builds the thing you sell and puts a price and a link on it. Grads get a lower price, see the grad section above.

Is this AI slop?

No. I built this from what I did: 0 to 90K followers in 90 days, $500K+ from one offer, and $100K in my first 27 days online. AI only wrote the prompt packs that come with each lesson, so you type less and ship more. And I genuinely haven't seen another challenge that does all of this at once: live weekly coaching at this price, a prompt pack in every lesson, two lanes from day one, a real checkout link by day 10, a real ask by day 15, a graduation call to close out the year, and lifetime access on top of it.

There's a version of you who already sold something, who knows exactly what to say when a stranger asks what they do, who has a link sitting there taking money while they sleep. That person is four weeks away, and the first step is this button right here.

Walk into 2027 with a business that's already made one real sale attempt, not another list of ideas sitting in a folder. Doors open Monday, Nov 30, whether you're ready or not.
