the part nobody says out loud

you don't need
another AI course
sitting in a tab.

You know the feeling. You open your inbox and forty emails are waiting. You answer the same five questions you answered last week, in your own words, again.

You post by hand, every day, from your phone. Caption written at 11pm. Then you get up and do it again. You told yourself "next month I'll get a system." You said that last month too.

There is a ChatGPT tab open somewhere. You used it twice. It gave you something that read like a robot wrote it, so you closed it and went back to doing all of it yourself.

You need a start date, a person to answer to, and one clear step a day. I'm not overcomplicating this beyond that.

"I'm not technical."

Then you are exactly who this is built for. If you can copy, paste, and click, you can do every step. No code. No API keys. Every technical word gets explained before it is used.

"It'll sound like a robot."

Only if you skip week 2. You feed AI five samples of your real writing and build a voice file. Every post runs through the Slop Detector before it goes out. Your ideas stay yours. AI does the typing.

"I tried ChatGPT. It was meh."

Most people use it like a search box with no memory, so it asks who you are every time. Week 1 hands it your business brain. Week 3 has it running a job while you do something else.

"I can't afford more tools."

You need one subscription, Claude or ChatGPT. Plus a place to keep files and Canva, which you probably already have. Instagram's own auto-DM is free. Everything else is optional.

"I don't have time to set up time-savers."

About 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday. Week 1 opens with a time audit, so the first thing you build is the one that hands you back the most minutes.

"I never finish courses."

Most people don't. So this one has a start date, me on a call with you every Tuesday, and everyone else in the group who can see whether you posted. Weekday unlocks, homework out loud, a milestone every week. Show up 18 weekdays and you're done.

Start Monday, Nov 2 Current price: $67. No refunds.
four weeks from now

picture wednesday, nov 25.

Wednesday, Nov 25, 2026 · the last day, the day before Thanksgiving

The kitchen is already a mess and the guests come tomorrow. You open your laptop for fifteen minutes anyway, because there is almost nothing left to do. Your posts for the week went out this morning. You made all of them in one sitting on Monday.

Your inbox has drafts waiting, written in your words, ready for you to read and send. A scheduled task ran at 7am while you were asleep and left you a short summary. You pull up your hours-back tally and set it next to the baseline you posted on Nov 6. The gap is the point.

  • A business brain saved, so AI stops asking who you are
  • A week of posts scheduled, all made in one sitting
  • One automation that ran without you, screenshot and all
  • Your never-without-me rules, written by you
  • An hours-back number sitting next to your Nov 6 baseline
  • Four call recordings and 20 prompt packs you keep for good

That is what four weeks looks like when you start on Nov 2.

What four more weeks of "later" costs

Four more weeks of answering the same emails by hand. Eighteen more weekdays of writing captions at 11pm. One more month of admin eating the time you wanted for the actual work. And on Dec 1 you are in the same spot, saying "next month" again, with the holidays on top of it. Check the current price before you join. The price of waiting goes up every week.

who's running this

I do this
every single day.

I run 33 social brands on AI and automation. I'm not an engineer. I don't have a computer science degree, and I don't write a line of code for any of it. I built all of it with a subscription, prompts written the way I talk, and a lot of trial and error.

in this challenge, you learn
  • how I made $100K in my first 27 days with one offer
  • how I turned one offer into $500K+
  • how I went from 0 to 90K followers in 90 days
  • how I picked up 20K new followers in the last 30 days, still doing it the same way I'll show you
  • how I run 33 brands on AI and automation, and write down what breaks so you don't have to guess

Honestly, here's the pitch. Plenty of people sell AI prompts. Almost nobody sits on a live call with you every week for a month at this price, shows you both Claude and ChatGPT click by click, hands you a prompt pack with every lesson, and makes you write down what AI may never do without you. Every one of those is true here, and you can check every line of it on this page.

Everybody gets the same plan. You just walk in through a different door. Each card below tells you which week does the heavy lifting for you.

weeks 1 + 3

The service provider drowning in email

"I spend my whole morning in my inbox. Then I start my real work at noon."

Week 1 gives AI your business brain, so it answers like you and stops asking questions. Week 3 builds your reply library from your own last 20 emails, so AI drafts and you approve. You never send blind.

weeks 2 + 3

The shop or product owner posting by hand

"Every single post is me, on my phone, at night, after closing."

Week 2 turns one idea into seven posts and teaches you to batch a whole week in one sitting. Week 3 sets up auto-replies for the same three DMs you answer every day.

week 2

The creator scared of sounding like a robot

"I can spot AI writing in two seconds. I would rather post nothing than post that."

Week 2 is yours. Feed AI five samples of your real writing, build the voice file, and run everything through the Slop Detector. Your ideas and your opinions never get automated. That is the rule the whole challenge runs on.

week 1

The "I tried ChatGPT once" person

"I opened it, asked it something, got a wall of nothing useful, and closed it."

Week 1 fixes the setup, which is where most people lose it. One file that tells AI who you are, what you sell, who you sell to, and how you talk. Then five prompts, the same five, every week.

weeks 2 + 3

The October grad who just posted by hand for 4 weeks

"I posted every weekday for a month. I loved the results. I cannot keep that pace."

October taught you what to post. November hands the making and the sending to AI, in your voice, with you approving. Same community, same rhythm, new classroom.

all 4 weeks

The burned-out course buyer

"I have the folders. I got to module 3. Then life happened."

This one has a start date, a Tuesday call with me, and a room full of people who'll notice if you disappear. One step a day, a milestone every week, homework posted in public, and lifetime access, so a bad week means catching up, not quitting.

Set It Up

Give your AI a memory so it stops asking, find the hours you are losing, and hand off your first real task by Friday.

What you learn
  • What AI can really do for a small business, no jargon. The ten words you need.
  • Pick your lane: Claude or ChatGPT. Every lesson has both sets of clicks.
  • The time audit: every repeat task in your week and the minutes it eats. That is your baseline.
  • The business brain: one file that tells AI who you are, what you sell, who you sell to, and how you talk
  • The five-part prompt (Role, Context, Rules, Format, Implementation) and the five prompts you'll keep coming back to
  • Hand off, help with, or keep: the three-bucket sort. Your opinions and decisions are never handed off.
Your week
MonLesson: what AI does for a small business, and picking your lane. Step: the time audit. Post your top 5 and your weekly total. That total is your baseline.
TueLive call 1: business brain reviews, hand-off list checks, "is this task AI-safe" calls, Q&A. Step: fix one thing from the call.
WedLesson: the business brain. Step: run the Business Brain Builder and save the file in a Project. Post one line from it.
ThuLesson: the five-part prompt and your five prompts. Step: write your five with the Five-Prompt Starter Kit. Test one on a real task from your audit.
FriStep: hand off one real task, start to finish, with AI. Time it. Post the before and after minutes in the milestone thread.

Content Without the Slop

Teach AI your voice, turn one idea into a week of posts in one sitting, and schedule it, without sounding like a robot.

What you learn
  • Teaching AI your voice: feed it five real samples, build the voice file, install the filter that kills the average answer
  • The three layers: your ideas (never automated), making them clear (AI helps), amplification (fully systemized)
  • One idea, seven posts: caption, carousel outline, Reel script, Story frames, email, Threads post, Pinterest pin
  • Making it look right with no designer: Canva templates, CapCut captions, the AI-tells checklist
  • Batching: a week of posts in one sitting, then scheduled
Your week
MonLesson: teach AI your voice. Step: feed 5 real samples, run the Voice File Builder, add the voice file to your business brain. Post one before and after caption.
TueLive call 2: voice checks, I rewrite a robot caption live, Q&A. Step: fix one post from the feedback.
WedLesson: one idea, seven posts. Step: take one idea and run One Idea Seven Posts. Post the caption and the carousel outline.
ThuLesson: make it look right (Canva, CapCut) and the Slop Detector. Step: build the carousel and the Reel, run the Slop Detector on both.
FriLesson: batching and scheduling. Step: schedule the week. Post the screenshot and your minutes next to your baseline.

Inbox, DMs and Admin on Autopilot

AI drafts, you approve. One thing runs without you by Friday.

What you learn
  • Inbox triage: AI sorts the inbox and writes first drafts of replies. You approve. You never send blind.
  • The reply library: your 20 most common emails, answered once
  • DMs that answer themselves: Instagram's own auto-DM for new followers, keyword replies, a FAQ set
  • The scheduled task: a morning brief, a Friday numbers summary, a follow-up reminder, running on its own
  • Admin: invoices, follow-ups, meeting prep, and tax-season questions for your accountant. AI is the prep tool, never the accountant.
Your week
MonLesson: the inbox triage. Step: pull your last 20 emails and build your reply library with the Reply Library Builder. Post how many minutes your inbox took today.
TueLive call 3: automation clinic, I set up one student's scheduled task live, Q&A. Step: set up the one from the call.
WedLesson: DMs that answer themselves. Step: set up one keyword auto-reply and your FAQ replies. Post your keyword.

Rails and Rhythm

Write the rules so nothing goes out wrong, set the weekly rhythm, and count the hours you got back.

What you learn
  • The never-without-me list: what AI may never send, spend, delete, or promise on its own
  • Check the work: send AI's output to a second, blank-memory reviewer before it goes public
  • The watchdog: how you find out an automation stopped working before it costs you something
  • The weekly review: 15 minutes every Friday with one prompt. What ran, what broke, what to hand off next.
  • Your next 10 automations, in order, for the 90 days after this
Your week
MonLesson: rails. Step: write your Never-Without-Me Rules and set the permissions in your tool. Post the list.
TueLive call 4: hours-back reviews, graduation, and the December plan. Step: post your hours-back tally next to your week 1 baseline in the graduation thread.

I coach live every Tuesday. Reviews, hot seats, Q&A. Recorded. Send your questions ahead if you can't make it.

03

Homework in public

You post each step in the Skool community. Skool gives you points and a leaderboard for showing up. People see it. That is the point.

04

A milestone every week

Every week ends with something running. A task handed off. A week of posts scheduled. One automation that ran without you. Your rules, written down.

05

DM me

Stuck? DM me. Yes, really. I'm in the community for all 4 weeks.

06

Lifetime access

Life happens. You keep the classroom and the call recordings forever, so falling behind for a week just means catching up, not starting over.

The first week is the whole game. People who hand off one real task in week 1 tend to finish. People who wait for the perfect moment tend to vanish. So week 1 is built to get one task off your plate by Friday.

twelve things you leave with.
none of them are a pdf.

Each one is a small thing you build, keep, and use after the challenge ends. Here is what each does and the week it drops.

The Business Brain

One file that tells AI who you are, what you sell, who you sell to, and how you talk. Saved in a Project, so every chat starts knowing you.

Week 1, Tuesday

The Time Audit baseline

Every repeat task in your week and the minutes it eats, written down once. That number is what you measure everything against on the last day.

Week 1, Monday

The Hand-Off Sorter

Three buckets: hand off, help with, keep. Your opinions, experience, and decisions go in keep and stay there.

Week 1, Thursday

The Five-Part Prompt

Role, Context, Rules, Format, Implementation. The shape that turns a vague ask into the thing you wanted in the first place.

Week 1, Thursday

The Five You Reach For

Most prompt lists are the same prompt in a different hat. You write the five you use every single week, tuned to your own business.

Week 1, Thursday

The Voice File

Five samples of your real writing, turned into a file AI reads before it writes a word. It stops sounding like everyone else.

Week 2, Monday

The Slop Detector

A checklist of the tells that give AI writing away. Run it on a post before it goes out and fix what it flags.

Week 2, Thursday

One Idea, Seven Posts

One idea becomes a caption, a carousel outline, a Reel script, Story frames, an email, a Threads post, and a pin. In one sitting.

Week 2, Tuesday

The Reply Library

Your 20 most common emails, answered once, in your words. AI drafts from it and you approve. You never send blind.

Week 3, Monday

The DM FAQ set

Instagram's own auto-DM for new followers, one keyword reply, and answers to the three questions you get every day.

Week 3, Tuesday

The Scheduled Task

A morning brief, a weekly numbers summary, or a follow-up check that runs on its own while you sleep. This is the one that proves it works.

Week 3, Thursday

The Never-Without-Me Rules

What AI may never send, spend, delete, or promise alone, written by you and set in your tool. Plus the Watchdog Checklist, so you find out fast when something stops running, not three weeks later.

this is for you if

  • You own a small business, sell a service, or create content, and too much of it is still done by hand
  • You pay for Claude or ChatGPT already, or you are willing to start one subscription
  • You want AI that knows your business, your voice, and what it may never do without you
  • You can give it about 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday, for 4 weeks
  • You post the homework, and you ask for help when you're stuck

this is not for you if

  • You want one magic agent that runs your whole company while you sleep
  • You came to write code or wire up API keys. None of that is here.
  • You want AI posting and sending with nobody reading it first

what's possible right now

what ai is doing for
regular people right now.

A dad with no coding skills built an AI tool in one weekend, and it hit a million users in under two years. A side hustler let an AI agent build her whole month of Pinterest posts in one sitting. None of this is me. It's what the tools do once a regular person picks them up.

These are public stories from other people on Instagram and other platforms, not my students. I'm showing you what the platform can do. Your results depend on what you post and how often. Most creators earn far less than the people you see here. The AI tools in these stories are public tools anyone can use. I'm not paid by any of them.

questions

before you join.

Is this just AI slop?

No. I run 33 social brands with AI and automation, and I've written 47 posts about exactly which tasks I handed off and what broke. The rule the whole challenge runs on: your ideas and decisions are never automated. AI helps make them clear and does the repeating work around them. That's the opposite of slop.

I'm not technical. Will I be lost?

No. If you can copy, paste, and click, you can do every step. No code. No API keys. Every technical word gets explained before it is used. And every lesson has the clicks for both Claude and ChatGPT.

Claude or ChatGPT? Do I need both?

Either. You pick a lane in week 1 and every lesson has both sets of steps. If you already pay for one, use that one. I use Claude myself and teach both.

Do I need to buy more tools?

No. A Claude or ChatGPT subscription (the free tier works for weeks 1 and 2, the paid tier is needed for scheduled tasks in week 3), a place to keep files (Notion or Google Docs), and Canva. Instagram's own auto-DM is free. Everything else is optional.

Do I need API keys or code?

No. Nothing in this challenge uses an API key, a terminal, or a line of code. My own rule is subscription only, and the challenge follows it.

Will my content sound like a robot?

Not if you do week 2. You feed AI your real writing, build a voice file, and run every post through the Slop Detector before it goes out. The ideas stay yours. AI does the typing.

Is my data safe? What if AI sends something wrong?

Week 4 is built for this. You write the never-without-me list: what AI may never send, spend, delete, or promise alone. And the whole challenge runs on "AI drafts, you approve." Nothing goes out blind.

Is this live or self-paced?

Both. One lesson and one step unlock each weekday in the Skool classroom. Then I run a live call every Tuesday for reviews, hot seats, and Q&A.

What if I fall behind?

Lifetime access to every lesson and every call recording. Catch up any time. Just do week 1. That is the week that decides if you finish.

What's the time commitment?

About 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday, for the lesson and the step. Plus the Tuesday call, which you can watch on the recording. Week 4 is three days.

What if I can't make Tuesdays?

Every call is recorded and posted in the classroom. Send your question ahead and I'll answer it on the call.

What about Thanksgiving?

The challenge ends Wednesday Nov 25, the day before Thanksgiving. Week 4 is Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are off. Your scheduled task from week 3 runs anyway.

What's included?

The 4-week classroom with 18 weekday lessons and lifetime access. 4 live calls with me, recorded. An AI Prompt Vault with every lesson, 20 packs. The Skool community with DM access to me. Plus three bonuses: the B*tchwork Business Recipe Book, AI for Entrepreneurs in one PDF, and the One Person Empire prompt packs.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. All sales are final.

Will there be another cohort, and do I keep access?

You keep lifetime access to this cohort's lessons and recordings. Whether there is a future live cohort has not been decided.

I sell services, or products, or I run a local shop. Does this apply?

Yes. The time audit in week 1 starts from your week, not a template. Inbox, DMs, content, follow-ups, and admin are the same jobs in every small business.

I already use ChatGPT every day. Is this too basic?

If you use it as a search box, no. Week 1 gives it a memory. Week 3 makes it run without you. If you already have scheduled tasks running with rails around them, you do not need this.

I did the October challenge. What's different, and do I get a deal?

October was posting by hand for four weeks. November is how you stop. October buyers got first dibs and the grad price before this page went live to everyone else. Same community, same rhythm, new classroom.

How is this different from other AI courses?

Most AI courses are 40 prompts in a PDF. This one has a live call with me every Tuesday at this price, one step a day, a prompt pack in every lesson, both tools shown click by click, a rule for what never gets automated, and it ends with something running without you.

There is a version of you whose emails get drafted before breakfast. Whose week of posts got made in one sitting on Monday. Who gets Friday back. That person is four weeks of small steps away, and the first step is this button.

Four weeks from now, you have AI that knows your business, a week of posts already in your voice, one automation running without you, and a real number for the hours you got back. Or you're reading another page exactly like this one. Week 1 starts Monday, Nov 2.
